At our most recent club jump & meeting @ Desert Skydiving Center on Jan. 28th and 29th and with only
one cesna 206 there were 2 CWR's awarded. The first of the weekend was CWR # 52 Eric Brackman
accompanied with Armando, Brian, David, and Tyler. The next person awarded was a visitor who came all
the way from Illinois to jump with the Rebel Skydivers CWR # 53 Marc E. Poling. Congratulations to both
CWR recipients and we hope to jump with you again soon.
Members Present at our meeting were: Ruben Espinoza , Armando De La Trinidad , Alejandro Espinoza ,
Brian Speese , David Flores , and Tyler Freegard. Some members made 2 jumps and other members made up
to 4 jumps, but all members had an outstanding time. Special thanks to the Rebel women for all the great
food.
Club Elections were held and the results are in, the club officers for 2012 are:
PRESIDENT: David Flores
VICE PRESIDENT: Alejandro Espinoza
SECRETARY & TREASURER: Armando De La Trinidad
SAFETY OFFICER: Ruben Espinoza
WEB MASTER: Ruben Espinoza (really its Alejandro Espinoza because Ruben is computer
illiterate) Congratulations to all elected officers.
2011 was a great and successful year for the Rebel Skydivers. We would like to give a big
THANK YOU!!
To our home Dropzone, DZO Gary Fuchs, and all his Staff, S&TA Mike Beardsly and all of our dropzone
friends at Desert Skydiving Center for this past year.
To DZO's Karl & Sharon Priggee, Staff and friends for all the hospitality we received during our visits to
Red Rock Skydiving Center in Cottonwood, AZ.
To Skydive Arizona DZO's Larry and Lil Hill, Staff and manifest for all the boogies and events you have
throughout the year.
To Skydive Elsinore DZO's Karl Gulledge & John Hamilton, and to all the Staff for the great times and for
the "Bonanza".
To Skydive Taft DZO Dave Crouch and Staff for hosting the "Old Farts" reunions
